摘要(Abstract)：

鉴于技术创新与普惠金融深度融合下产业升级与高质量发展,选取中国30个省级数据实证分析区域技术创新、金融发展与产业结构调整的关系。实证结果发现:第一,区域技术创新与产业结构调整呈正相关,具体而言,技术研发投入和产出均对产业结构调整有正向影响;第二,区域金融发展水平对产业结构调整具有正向影响,且金融发展与产业结构之间存在U型关系;第三,在技术创新与金融发展双约束下,各地区技术创新保护与金融发展有助于产业结构升级,且技术保护度、金融发展均与产业结构调整之间存在U型关系。各地区在制定与落实金融政策和技术创新保护制度等过程中需注意"金融发展陷阱"和"技术保护陷阱",以合理实现产业结构调整的短期与长期效应。
