交易、治理与经济效率:对威廉姆森经济思想的评述Transaction,Governance and Economic Efficiency:Comments on the Economic Thoughts of Williamson

摘要(Abstract)：
从个体行为假设、交易属性入手,以解决专用性投资的"套牢"问题为核心,比较各种交易治理形式的效率差异,尤其是两种极端治理形式—企业与市场之间的差异,并在此基础上努力扩展交易治理制度的讨论范围。这构成了威廉姆森的经济思想,也是交易成本经济学思想的核心内容。
