摘要(Abstract)：

当前知识积累与高技术企业新产品绩效的研究得到学术界的关注,但目前的研究没有从具体知识积累分类视角展开,也没有结合开放式创新分析对其的影响,因而有必要研究具体的知识积累、开放式创新与新产品绩效的关联。基于此,文章把知识积累分为知识宽度积累、知识深度积累、知识同质积累以及知识多元积累,构建开放式创新模式下知识积累与新产品绩效关系模型,并对五大高技术行业302家企业实证研究。研究发现:知识深度积累、知识多元积累分别与新产品绩效呈倒U型关系;知识宽度积累、知识同质积累分别与新产品绩效正相关;内向型开放式创新正向调节知识积累与新产品绩效关系,而外向型开放式创新只能正向调节知识宽度积累与新产品绩效的关系。
