管理者特征对组织惯例更新的影响——环境动态性的调节作用The Influence of Managerial Characteristics on the Upgrading of Organizational Routines: The Moderating Effects of Environmental Dynamism

摘要(Abstract):
管理者特征对组织惯例更新的重要作用已引起广泛关注,但对动态环境下管理者特征对组织惯例更新的影响机理缺乏深入探索。基于此,从管理者从业年限、年龄、学历、开放性或封闭性四个维度考量管理者特征,考查其对组织惯例更新的影响模式,以及环境动态性的调节作用。结果显示:管理者学历和开放性对组织惯例更新发挥积极推动作用,管理者年龄与组织惯例更新呈倒U型关系,而管理者的从业年限、封闭性对组织惯例更新具有负向的作用关系;同时,高环境动态性下,管理者特征对组织惯例更新有正向的促进作用。
